Frequently asked questions

What does Bostaq cost?

From SEK 1,990 a month excluding VAT for the Basic package. Plus costs SEK 3,990 and Management SEK 6,990. Enterprise is priced to your needs. Every price is on the pricing page.

How does the trial work?

You create an account and try Bostaq free for 30 days. We do not ask for a card. If you do not choose a package when the trial ends, the account becomes read-only and no data is lost.

Is there a minimum term?

No. The agreement runs until further notice and you can cancel it. The notice period is in your order and is at most three months.

Do residents need to download an app?

No. The resident app opens in the browser and can be added to the home screen like an app, on iPhone and Android. Notifications work that way too.

Can we move over from another system?

Yes. Properties, flats and residents are added to Bostaq, and residents are invited with a personal link. Importing straight from Excel is planned; until then we help you move.

Where is our data stored?

The application and database run in Stockholm. The sub-processors we use, and what for, are listed on the security page.

Is BankID supported?

Not yet. Today you sign with a finger, a pen or a mouse, and the lease is sealed with a timestamp. BankID for login and signing is planned.
